On our journey to our own vision, passing the jungle of millions of questions, there is always a need to feel inspiration. But not only on our own journey! In all stages within our short life there is also a need to inspire other people. There is a poem by J.B. Braude who describes the responsibility we have at it's best:

"Whoever you are, there is some younger person who thinks you are perfect.
There is some work that will never be done if you don’t do it.
There is someone who would miss you if you were gone.
There is a place that you alone can fill.” 

During my own life and within all the responsibilities I have, I always feel a need for inspiration. So I decided to put some collected material here, to share it with you. The whole collection is sorted by:

As inspiration in my understanding is the creation of ideas to help people in difficult situations and to open doors or to discover a path not seen before, there is never only one single solution. Inspiration goes along with creativity and with empathy. Especially empathy is the most important skill to provide the right question at the right time. Inspiration for sure is not providing solutions. It's all about providing ideas, show possibilities and especially: personal leadership!
